Business Management

Business Management is the organisation of every aspect of your business. If until now you have always been an employee you have just got on with the job you have been paid to do. Once you have your own business you have the responsibility for all areas: buying, selling, marketing, manufacture, accounts, typing, filing, mailing, advertising, cleaning.

Whoever you are, whatever you have done in the past, you will probably need to learn new skills. There will inevitably be some tasks that you will not like. Like or loathe them, these jobs have to be done. It’s down to you. Depending on your financial situation you will have to learn and do for yourself or pay for others to do them for you.
